Alvin Bragg Possesses Documents That Prove Trump’s Innocence

Alvin Bragg’s attempt to prosecute Donald Trump grows more difficult by the day.

Bragg’s case is already laughably weak.

And Alvin Bragg does not want you to see these 600 pages of secret documents.

As American Patriot Daily reports:

Soros-backed District Attorney Alvin Bragg is trying to manufacture criminal charges against Trump using the absurd theory that falsifying business records — a misdemeanor in New York State — is a felony in this case because it supposedly concealed Donald Trump accepting an illegal campaign contribution when Michael Cohen paid Stormy Daniels $130,000 in October 2016.

But Bragg just hit a major roadblock.

Former Cohen legal advisor Robert Costello testified in front of Bragg’s grand jury at the request of Donald Trump’s lawyers.

Costello had blockbuster testimony and documents that exonerated Donald Trump.

“I just spent 2 hours or so testifying before the grand jury in downtown Manhattan, and I got my point across. Although it was clear to me that the Manhattan DA’s office did not want to get to the truth, I need to explain that a little bit. I called them up after I saw Michael Cohen on TV stating things that he said he was going to tell the grand jury and had told the grand jury that were contrary to what he told us when we first represented him in April of 2018,” Costello told reporters.

Costello told the press that he felt compelled to appear before the grand jury and set the record straight after Costello claimed he saw Cohen lie on television.

“So I’m sitting at home watching these lies and I said I’ve got to do something about it. I don’t represent Donald Trump, but I do stand for justice. And I think I have a legal obligation to inform both sides. So that’s what I did,” Costello continued.

One of the blockbuster aspects of Cohen’s testimony was Costello telling the grand jury that Cohen told him he made the payment to Daniels to spare Melania Trump the embarrassment of having the affair allegations go public.

“Michael Cohen did this on his own,” Costello continued. “I said, ‘Why would you do that?’ He said: ‘Because I wanted to keep this secret. Even secret from my own wife… I didn’t want Melania [Trump] to know. I didn’t want my wife to know.’”

Bragg’s case hinges on Cohen making the payment to Daniels to affect the outcome of the 2016 election.

Costello’s testimony directly destroyed that legal theory as there is direct testimony that Cohen made the $130,000 payment for personal reasons.

Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett slammed District Attorney Bragg following Costello’s testimony and revelation that Costello turned over 600 pages of documents that obliterated the legal case Bragg is trying to make.

Jarrett also noted that one of the prosecutors who later left Bragg’s office admitted in a book that Bragg and his henchmen were keeping a “zombie” case alive because they could not come up with anything else to charge Trump with.

“I mentioned it yesterday, I think, when Bob Costello got into that Grand Jury room and told them, ‘Wait a minute. You don’t have the hundreds of pages I handed over to Alvin Bragg over here? You only have six cherry-picked documents?’ You know, hiding from grand juries exculpatory information is reprehensible and unconscionable. And the conduct of Alvin Bragg and his henchman Mark Pomeranz, who specifically says in his book, ‘We’re targeting zombies because we don’t like his beliefs,’ those guys should face disbarment proceedings,” Jarrett declared.

Even liberal legal analysts think Bragg’s case is a joke.

Costello’s bombshell testimony only confirmed that as a truth all Americans should accept.
