New York Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is facing a reckoning.

It’s not one she ever expected.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez faced a legal bombshell that will ruin her.

As Great American Daily reports:

Last July comedian Alex Stein saw Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez outside the Capitol.

Stein filmed himself walking alongside Ocasio-Cortez and joked about her support for abortion on demand.

“She wants to kill babies but she’s still beautiful. You look very beautiful in that dress. You look very sexy. Look at that booty on AOC,” Stein exclaimed. “Look how sexy she looks in that dress. Oooh, I love it AOC. Hot, hot, hot like a tamale.”

In the wake of the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade Ocasio-Cortez was one of the most outspoken critics of the justices defending the rights of the unborn.

Stein’s video went viral and Ocasio-Cortez did what she does best — make herself the victim in melodramatic social media posts.

Ocasio-Cortez was not happy Stein made her support for abortion into a joke and fell back on the standard liberal talking point that anyone who disagrees with the Democrat Party agenda is inciting violence.

“I posted about a deeply disgusting incident that happened today on the Capitol steps, but took it down bc it’s clearly someone seeking extremist fame,” Ocasio-Cortez began.

“It’s just a bummer to work in an institution that openly allowed this, but talking about it only invites more. Just really sad,” Ocasio-Cortez added.

Ocasio-Cortez then blocked Stein on Twitter.

Stein sued to force Ocasio-Cortez to unblock him.

In commenting on the case, Stein said he is a comedian who meant no harm and meant to compliment Ocasio-Cortez saying, “I didn’t really want to disrespect her.”

“My client is a political satirist,” Stein’s lawyer Jonathan Gross declared. “Political speech, the Supreme Court has said, is the highest level of protected speech.”

Ocasio-Cortez now faces an uphill battle in court.

Back in 2019 the Second Circuit Court of Appeals handed down a unanimous ruling that President Trump could not block users on his private account since he used it to conduct government business.

“This debate, as uncomfortable and as unpleasant as it frequently may be, is nonetheless a good thing,” Judge Barrington D. Parker wrote. “In resolving this appeal, we remind the litigants and the public that if the First Amendment means anything, it means that the best response to disfavored speech on matters of public concern is more speech, not less.”

Shortly after the Second Circuit ruled against President Trump Ocasio-Cortez unblocked activist Dov Hikind and apologized.

Based on past court precedent — as well as Ocasio-Cortez’s own actions — Ocasio-Cortez is likely to lose this case and be forced to unblock Stein.
