Joe Biden looks like he weaponized the federal government.
And a whistleblower came forward with this damning information about Hunter Biden.
As American Patriot Daily reports:
A career IRS supervisor sent a letter to Congress requesting whistleblower protections over information they had regarding the Biden administration giving Hunter Biden preferential treatment in a long-running criminal probe into allegations that Hunter Biden committed tax fraud.
The IRS supervisor says they have information that contradicts the sworn testimony of a “senior political appointee.”
In the letter, the whistleblower said the administration engaged in a “failure to mitigate clear conflicts of interest in the ultimate disposition of the case.”
The supervisor accused the administration of engaging in “preferential treatment and politics improperly infecting decisions and protocols that would normally be followed by career law enforcement professionals in similar circumstances if the subject were not politically connected,” read the letter signed by the IRS supervisor’s lawyer Mark Lytle.
The IRS employee appears to implicate Attorney General Merrick Garland in misleading Congress over the status of the investigation, which is being led by U.S. Attorney David Weiss, a holdover from the Trump administration.
“He has been advised he is not to be denied anything he needs,” Attorney General Garland testified on March 1. “I have not heard anything from that office to suggest that they are not able to do everything the U.S. attorney wants to do.”
This is not the first time Republicans believe Garland misled Congress.
Republicans contend Garland did not come clean in testimony to Congress denying any Department of Justice involvement in a letter where a left-wing school board accused parents protesting mask mandates of being domestic terrorists.
It later came out that the Justice Department helped the school board association on the initial draft of the letter.
And more recently Attorney General Garland denied the FBI used undercover spies to target the Catholic Church after a memo from the FBI field office in Richmond accused Catholics that attend Latin Mass of being domestic terrorists.
House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan then produced evidence showing the FBI used one spy to gather intelligence about Orthodox Catholics.
Hunter Biden has been under investigation for four years at this point.
Conservatives could not understand the dilly-dallying by the Justice Department and the FBI when the evidence against Hunter Biden seems so massive.
At the same time the Justice Department is racing to indict Donald Trump on sham charges out of fear Trump could win the 2024 election.
The two decisions seemed linked in the minds of many.
In the letter the IRS supervisor requested whistleblower status so he can come forward with evidence showing the Biden administration dragging its feet on the Hunter Biden investigation to guarantee no professional reprisal.
“Despite serious risks of retaliation, my client is offering to provide you with information necessary to exercise your constitutional oversight function and wishes to make the disclosures in a nonpartisan manner to the leadership of the relevant committees on both sides of the political aisle,” the letter added.
