And that’s because Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez got help from one RINO sellout in this major legal fight.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez demanded Joe Biden plunge America into a state of anarchy by calling on Biden to ignore Texas U.S. District Court Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk’s common-sense ruling halting the Food and Drug Administration’s approval of the abortion drug mifepristone.
Since pharmacies can only dispense FDA-approved drugs Judge Kacsmaryk’s ruling halts the distribution of an abortion pill that allows abortionists in red states to evade strong pro-life laws.
It was not shocking that Ocasio-Cortez insisted Joe Biden could single-handedly end the rule of law in America by defying a federal judge.
Socialists don’t care about norms or the nation’s founding principles as socialists only care about seizing and wielding power by any means necessary.
But what did stun Americans was the fact that a Republican would join Ocasio-Cortez in destroying the constitutional system of checks and balances in America.
RINO South Carolina Congresswoman Nancy Mace — who lies to her voters and pretends to be pro-life when she really supports abortion on demand — told CNN that Joe Biden should ignore the ruling and order the FDA to plow ahead with approving mifepristone to facilitate abortions in America.
“I would. This is an FDA-approved drug. I support the usage of FDA-approved drugs, even if I might disagree. It’s not up to us to decide as legislators or even as the court system whether or not this is the right drug to use or not, number one. So I agree with ignoring it at this point, but there are other lawsuits that are happening right now in other states as well over this issue. But to look at the case itself, when you look at the law that the judge used, an old law that the Supreme Court said was unconstitutional, this thing should just be thrown out, quite frankly,” Mace began.
To leave no doubt that she is really a Democrat at heart Mace attacked Republicans for supposedly being “extremist” on the issue of abortion.
“I would. Yes, I would. This is an issue that Republicans have largely been on the wrong side of. We have, over the last nine months, not shown compassion towards women, and this is one of those issues that I’ve tried to lead on as someone who’s pro-life and just have some common sense. In the state of South Carolina, just a few weeks ago, we had some folks in the state legislature that essentially wanted to execute women who had abortions. So we’ve got some extreme views on this issue, but 90% is somewhere in the middle, and I think that 90% would be OK with listening to the FDA rather than a judge who used an old law that was determined unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. I think the vast, vast majority of Americans would support that decision,” Mace continued.
