Donald Trump’s show trial in Manhattan ended with a predictable guilty verdict that was rigged from day one.
The verdict was the end-result of an engineered process by the Democrat Party.
And now Alina Habba just caught the judge in one disturbing conflict.
Trump legal spokeswoman Alina Habba described to Fox News host Sean Hannity the horrific scene she watched play out in court.
Habba said that Judge Juan Merchan – who donated to Joe Biden, and whose daughter helped Democrats raise money off the trial – tried to disguise his joy as the jury read back the guilty verdict on each of the 34 invented felony charges Alvin Bragg used to pervert the justice system to benefit Joe Biden’s re-election campaign.
“Judge Merchan today watched my client, I watched him, I watched the jury say guilty 34 times. And I watched him and he looked at my client, and he covered his mouth and he covered his mouth, probably because he was smiling,” Habba declared.
Habba blasted the fact that Merchan also magically found his way into running every show trial in Manhattan against Donald Trump and his associates like Steve Bannon and Trump Organization chief financial officer, Allen Weisselberg.
Habba cited Merchan’s suspicious placement as the judge in every Trump case, despite his obvious biases and conflicts, as evidence of irredeemable corruption within the American legal system.
“Let’s be very clear. This judge has Bannon, Weisselberg and no sys–, no shock to me. Trump. And he is 100% a man that should have recused himself. But our justice system is so broken right now, Sean and I want to also remind the American people of one thing. I am a legal spokesperson. I am also an American, and I will be voting for Trump, not because of President Trump, who I obviously support, but because I support America. And so does he,” Habba continued.
“Our country is currently in a serious state, and we cannot look at this as anything other than a serious state of affairs, where we have an issue where people are using politics in the legal courtroom. It cannot happen anymore. I have seen it. I have been in court since October, trial after trial after trial,” Habba added.
Habba told Hannity that she’s been a lawyer for 15 years and has never seen such outrageous conduct like that of Judge Merchan who blocked Trump from presenting evidence to the jury, calling witnesses, or making legal arguments that would have undercut Bragg’s case.
“For 15 years I have been practicing law. I have never seen anything like this in my life. And that judge intentionally wouldn’t even allow in pretrial proceedings that the court will not report. “They would not allow us to bring up that president Trump didn’t even take deductions,” Habbe stated.
“He didn’t do anything wrong. His CFO, him, the Trump Organization, the family, nothing. But that evidence was kept away from the jury. And it is intentional,” Habba concluded.
Judges typically allow the defense wide latitude to present their case to close off any avenues of appeal.
Here, all Judge Merchan cared about was ringing up a conviction before the election so he can then sentence Trump to prison, knowing that if he gets overturned on appeal a year or two down the road, it won’t matter because the damage has already been done.
