Nancy Pelosi is still a behind-the-scenes force in the Democrat Party.
But Democrats weren’t prepared for what was coming.
And Nancy Pelosi got caught on camera making this awful admission.
As Swamp Digest reports:
Republicans should know by now that when Nancy Pelosi speaks, she does not have their best interests at heart.
In fact, in most cases, they would be best served to do the exact opposite of whatever it is that she recommends.
However, many Republicans clearly have not learned their lesson and continue to play right into the trap of Pelosi and her fellow Democrats.
Pelosi is currently trying to save the speakership of the current Republican Speaker, Mike Johnson, who is under fire from several members of his own caucus.
Johnson is teetering on the edge of being removed, but Pelosi has made it clear that she would like him to stay.
Perhaps Republicans should be skeptical of this, seeing as Pelosi is a far-left Democrat who does not want to see conservative policies pass.
But some Republicans in the caucus are continuing to defend Johnson despite the fact that he has now earned Pelosi’s support.
According to Breitbart, “Former Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) on Monday said she supports Democrat efforts to keep Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) in power.”
“Pelosi said she backs House Democrat Leader Hakeem Jeffries’s plot to keep Johnson as the Speaker of the House.”
“Pelosi said that they are backing Johnson to ‘support the integrity of the House of Representatives and will not let it be littered up by nonsense.’”
Of course, the real nonsense is the left-wing agenda that Pelosi and Biden are trying to ram through, using Johnson as an unwitting tool.
They already forced through a renewal of FISA with minimal reforms, which will allow Biden to snoop on the phone records of Americans who disagree with his politics.
The article continues, “Pelosi’s comments come as the Speaker faces a motion from Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) to remove him as the leader of the House. Reps. Thomas Massie (R-KY) and Paul Gosar (R-AZ) have backed Greene’s motion.”
“The Speaker reportedly told donors on Sunday that he would support kicking members who block his Democrat-Republican coalition government’s legislative agenda off committees. He also signaled that he would favor changing House rules, such as the motion to vacate, at the end of the congressional term.”
“Massie has listed Johnon’s ‘three betrayals’: He has stopped working to pass 12 separate appropriations bills, he rammed through warrantless surveillance of Americans, and he passed a bill containing $95 billion of foreign aid without securing America’s border, which he had promised would not happen.”
It’s clear that conservative champions like Massie have gotten sick of feeling like Johnson has stabbed them in the back.
But others in the caucus are finding themselves on the same side as Nancy Pelosi, defending Mike Johnson.
Pelosi has to be smiling knowing that despite Democrats not having a majority in the House, many Republicans are doing her work for her.
