Joe Biden is finding out just how few friends failed presidents have.
Whole swaths of the left are now attacking him.

Joe Biden’s Pardon Crosses a Line Even for Some Democrats
When Joe Biden pardoned his son Hunter – despite promises not to do so – it crossed a line even for some Democrats.
His son had been convicted of serious crimes along with several credible accusations of other crimes he may have committed as well.
However, those will have no chance to be heard in court now.
Joe Biden used his power as President on Monday to pardon his son for everything he did in a period of over ten years.
And now in response, Biden is receiving criticism from places he never would have expected.
CNN Has Harsh Words for Biden
While CNN has always defended Biden in the past, even this turned out to be something they could not defend.
CNN reports, “President Joe Biden’s pardon of his son Hunter deepened an entanglement of politics and the rule of law that has tarnished faith in American justice and is almost certain to worsen in Donald Trump’s second term.”
“Politically, Biden’s reversal may be seen as a stain on his legacy and his credibility. It contributes to an ignominious end for a presidency that dissolved in his disastrous debate performance in June and that will now be remembered as much for opening the way for Trump’s return to the White House as evicting him four years ago.”
That is much harsher language the liberal news outlets have normally used when reporting on Biden.
“Hunter Biden was convicted by a jury in June of illegally buying and possessing a gun after a trial that exposed his drug abuse and family dysfunction. He pleaded guilty in September to nine tax offenses, stemming from $1.4 million in taxes that he didn’t pay while spending lavishly on escorts, strippers, cars and drugs,” CNN reported.
Donald Trump – who has repeatedly criticized the Biden family for their shady business activities – will certainly issue a strong rebuke to this decision.

And the Democrats will have to figure out how to sort out this mess.
In the meantime, Joe Biden is on his way out the door and his son, Hunter, is now freed from having to pay any consequences.
