Donald Trump wants to rid the military of woke ideology and restore America’s fighting forces back to being the most lethal combat machine in the world like it was during his first term.
Trump achieved two goals in one shot by removing woke Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Charles Brown.
Brown supported DEI initiatives in the military.
After George Floyd’s death, Brown – then Pacific Air Forces Commander – released a four-minute video smearing America as a systemically racist country where police targeted black men for murder.
“I’m thinking about how full I am with, with emotion, not just for George Floyd, but the many African Americans that suffered the same fate as George Floyd,” Brown stated.
“I’m thinking about protests in my country ’tis of thee, sweet land of liberty, the equality expressed in our declaration of independence, in the Constitution, that I’ve sworn my adult life to support and defend.”
One month into his second term, President Trump told Brown “You’re Fired” in a post on Truth Social.
“I want to thank General Charles “CQ” Brown for his over 40 years of service to our country, including as our current Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He is a fine gentleman and an outstanding leader, and I wish a great future for him and his family,” Trump’s statement announcing Brown’s dismissal read.
Trump then announced he was promoting Air Force Lieutenant General Dan “Razin” Caine to replace Brown.
“Today, I am honored to announce that I am nominating Air Force Lieutenant General Dan “Razin” Caine to be the next Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. General Caine is an accomplished pilot, national security expert, successful entrepreneur, and a “warfighter” with significant interagency and special operations experience,” Trump said.
Trump praised Caine’s leading role in the military operations during Trump’s first term that destroyed the ISIS caliphate.
“During my first term, Razin was instrumental in the complete annihilation of the ISIS caliphate. It was done in record setting time, a matter of weeks. Many so-called military “geniuses” said it would take years to defeat ISIS. General Caine, on the other hand, said it could be done quickly, and he delivered,” Trump added.
Caine would restore the war fighter spirit to the military that Brown and Biden tried to suppress with their preferred pronouns, transgenders in the military, and other woke social engineering programs.
Trump said Biden unfairly passed over Caine for promotion so now he was appointing this qualified warfighter as his chief military advisor.
“Despite being highly qualified and respected to serve on the Joint Chiefs of Staff during the previous administration, General Caine was passed over for promotion by Sleepy Joe Biden. But not anymore! Alongside Secretary Pete Hegseth, General Caine and our military will restore peace through strength, put America First, and rebuild our military,” Trump continued.
Trump also teased that more woke Pentagon brass was one the way out the door.
Trump revealed that he instructed Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth to begin drawing up a list of candidates to fill other top military positions.
“Finally, I have also directed Secretary Hegseth to solicit nominations for five additional high level positions, which will be announced soon. Thank you for your attention to this matter!” Trump concluded.
