Five GOP States Are Building a Case Against Dr Fauci That No Pardon Can Stop

Dr Fauci thought his presidential pardon made him untouchable.

But that protection only covers federal crimes, not state ones.

And Ron Johnson just released a text message bombshell that has five states building a case against him.

As American Patriot Daily reports:

Dr. Fauci is already facing a contempt of Congress criminal referral after pleading the Fifth 111 times in front of a Senate committee.

Now Fauci is facing new calls for prosecution after Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson released text messages obtained from Fauci’s iPhone showing Fauci knew the controversial COVID vaccine could carry risks of causing miscarriages in pregnant women, yet the government recommended mandating the shot for them anyway.

“I asked around a bit more, and another issue came up that you need to be aware of. Since many people have a significant cytokine storm and fever after the second dose, this theoretically could be associated with miscarriage in the 1st trimester,” Fauci wrote in a text message dated January 25, 2021.

“I would say that in any vaccine in which data are lacking in pregnant women, one must weigh the potential risks against the benefits,” Fauci added.

The risk of losing a child would be something most people consider significant.

Yet pregnant women weren’t included in the vaccine trials.

“COVID-19 can be a serious disease, especially in pregnancy,” Fauci said before that, noting that “following the EUA, a large number” of more than 100,000 pregnant women were used as guinea pigs by taking the vaccine.

Some doctors claimed the vaccine carried an 82% miscarriage rate, leading some to blast the shot as an “abortion shot.”

The revelations led to calls for Fauci to face prosecution on manslaughter charges at the state level since Joe Biden’s blanket, preemptive pardon for Fauci only protected him from criminal charges at the federal level.

“Fauci must be prosecuted. Anyone who thinks Fauci is legally immune at every level, in every state, for every crime, because of some preemptive pardon issued by Biden’s autopen is an idiot. He can be prosecuted, and he must be,” commentator Matt Walsh wrote on X.

Pro-Trump pundit Mike Cernovich stated that “Now we know why Dr. Fauci (Death) took the Fifth Amendment. State law manslaughter charges are possible given his directly stated knowledge of the risk to unborn babies. Murderer.”

Five Republican states, Florida, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Alabama, and West Virginia, all have ongoing investigations into Dr. Fauci.

Fauci’s legal exposure is growing, and Biden’s pardon can’t protect him.
