A Secret Bank Account Contains The Smoking Gun That Could Bring Down Joe Biden

The corporate media did not vet Joe Biden in the 2020 election.

Americans are learning that lesson the hard way.

And now this secret bank account contains the smoking gun that could bring down Joe Biden.

As American Patriot Daily reports:

One big advantage Democrats held in the 2020 election was winning gubernatorial, secretary of state and attorney general elections in key states like Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin during the 2018 midterms.

Winning those races allowed Democrats to illegally change state law to facilitate mass mail-in voting which supercharged Democrat turnout providing Joe Biden’s margin in those states.

In Michigan, Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer – one of the most authoritarian pro-lockdown COVID tyrants in all of the United States – is facing dimming re-election prospects.

Joe Biden’s approval rating sunk to under 40 percent in Michigan as runaway inflation and supply chain shortages destroy the economy.

Now Whitmer faces a massive scandal over allegations Whitmer illegally raked in millions of dollars in campaign contributions.

Michigan law allows candidates to raise a maximum of $7,150 from an individual donor per election cycle.

But if an incumbent politician faces a recall election they can raise unlimited funds.

The Michigan Republican Party filed a lawsuit alleging that Whitmer raised millions in illegal campaign contributions by falsely classifying her 2022 re-election campaign as a recall election.

Even Whitmer’s own filing admits no recall petitions were filed in over a year and promises to “disgorge” any excess funds raised to an outside party.

As of this date, none of the recall petitions that have been approved have returned valid signatures within the required 180 days, and no new recall petitions have been approved since September of 2020…

…If there are no additional recall petition filed by January 1, 2022, any possible recall effort will necessarily be “concluded” because no new position could be filed. The Governor would be required to disgorge any contribution received in excess of the MCFA limits at the time — months before even the April 19, 2022 deadline for Republican gubernatorial candidate to file their nominating petitions.

Michigan Campaign Finance Network Executive Director Simon Schuster told the Detroit News Whitmer’s filing did not eliminate her legal jeopardy noting Whitmer said she would donate excess funds raised over the contribution limit to a “party” which could include outside political groups that would turn around and spend the money on behalf of her re-election effort.

“An important question will be what Whitmer’s campaign eventually does with the excess funds,” Schuster stated. “If they’re donated to a political organization, they could still be used to benefit the governor’s reelection.”

Michigan Republican Party Communications Director Gustavo Portela told Breitbart News that his lawsuit intended to hold Whitmer accountable for allegedly violating campaign finance laws.

“Gretchen Whitmer has illegally raised funds in excess of Michigan’s contribution limit by claiming a recall exception for a recall that doesn’t exist,” Portela stated. “We’ll fight in court to ensure that campaign finance rules continue to be applied fairly across the board for all candidates running for Governor because no one is above the law.”

Whitmer’s approval ratings were already on the downswing as voters tired of COVID tyranny.

Polls showed her in a tied race with Republican challengers.

But the hint of scandal and illegal campaign contributions could sink Whitmer – and also help Republicans sweep the statewide elected offices.

And without friendly elected officials changing the rules to their benefit Democrats could lose their secret weapon in 2024.
