Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez keeps laying bread crumbs she plans to run for president in 2028.

Ocasio-Cortez took aim at a potential rival.

And Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez accused J.D. Vance of this vile act.

As Conservative Reboot reports:

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Launches a Wild Attack on Trump and Vance

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has been trying to position herself as one of the new leaders of the Democratic Party, with the current power vacuum that exists after Joe Biden left the White House.

She has been extremely vocal speaking out against Donald Trump and even tried to run for a leadership position in Congress, though her effort was ultimately torpedoed by Nancy Pelosi.

Now Ocasio-Cortez is stoking even more controversy with her attacks on the new vice president, J.D. Vance.

She apparently thinks he is a hypocrite and wants everyone to know it.

And her four-word attack on Vance, where she claimed that he “lied to the world,” is making some big headlines that are circulating around D.C.

Her attack centers on free speech, which is odd considering that Democrats have been warning about the supposed dangers of free speech for years.

But now she thinks Vance is the real threat to free speech, and she is declaring war on him in a very public way.

She Says Vance “Lied to the World” About Free Speech

According to The Hill, “Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) pressed Vice President Vance over the precepts of free speech, citing threats from the Trump administration as an example of its impediment.”

Here is what she said: “J.D. Vance, you lied to the world in Munich. If this administration believed in free speech as you claimed, its leaders wouldn’t be threatening members of Congress with criminal investigations for educating the public of their Constitutional rights.”

Ocasio-Cortez then goes on to claim that free speech is being violated because some media organizations aren’t given credentials for White House press conferences.

However, none of these media organizations are being barred by government fiat from reporting on Trump, or even from criticizing him. They simply aren’t being invited to the press conferences.

The article continues, “The New York representative quoted a post from Vance where he deflated claims of censorship over The Associated Press being barred from White House events due to its decision to refer to the Gulf of Mexico by its traditional name instead of the Gulf of America as ordered by President Trump.”

“Ocasio-Cortez has been at the center of disagreements with the Trump administration over recent actions carried out by top officials. She’s cited the influx of new developments as an attempt to ‘overwhelm’ citizens to usher in a ‘state of passivity’ in comparison to an authoritarian regime.”

It seems that Ocasio-Cortez is hyperventilating a bit about the Trump administration and should calm down and stop sending people into a panic.

Anyone has a right to criticize Trump if they feel it is appropriate, and she can certainly use her position as a member of Congress to do so if she wants to.

But to tell people that Trump is trying to “overwhelm” the American people to institute an authoritarian regime, or that J.D. Vance “lied to the world,” is a bit much.
