Donald Trump Says He Would Never Defy a Court Order

Democrat judges are emerging as the number one obstacle to President Trump’s agenda.

Trump was keeping one plan close to the vest.

And Donald Trump let Laura Ingraham in on one Supreme Court secret.

As Liberal Hack Watch reports:

Obama Judge James Boasberg usurped the authority of the president, the secretary of State and secretary of Homeland Security in one fell swoop.

Despite being the lowest member of the judicial totem pole as a single district court judge, Boasberg declared he could order the president not to deport terrorist illegal aliens and that Trump must turn around planes in midair removing illegal alien terrorists from America.

The flights transporting illegal alien terrorists to a prison in El Salvador continued after Boasberg’s order as they were already out of U.S. airspace at the time and despite Boasberg’s delusions of grandeur his authority really ends at the district lines for Washington.

Yet Boasberg – as well as his allies in the media – still carried on as if he was the Supreme Chancellor of Planet Earth and Trump was his subordinate.

Fox News’ Laura Ingraham asked Trump about Boasberg’s assault on the Constitution and if Trump had defied a court order.

“I never did defy a court order,” Trump replied.

Trump told Ingraham he would never defy a court order.

The courts have no power of the purse of police force.

Enforcement of their orders depends solely on the executive branch’s willingness to recognize their legitimacy.

Trump said once that goes away the system collapses which is why he has no plans for outright refusing to follow a court’s ruling no matter how lawless it may be.

“No, you can’t do that. However, we have bad judges,” Trump added.

Trump brought up that rogue judges like Boasberg can get impeached or Congress can eliminate their court outright since all courts outside the Supreme Court are creations of Congress.

“We have very bad judges, and these are judges that shouldn’t be allowed. I think at a certain point you have to start looking at what do you do when you have a rogue judge. The judge that we’re talking about, he’s, you look at his other rulings, I mean rulings unrelated, but having to do with me, he’s a lunatic,” Trump added.

Trump told Ingraham radical leftists like Boasberg want to keep as many illegal aliens in the country as possible whereas Trump sees it as his job to deport them as quickly as possible.

But Trump’s refusal to defy a court order came from his faith in the fact that the Supreme Court will ultimately rule in his favor.

“I do,” Trump said when Ingraham asked if he believed the Supreme Court would uphold the administration’s deportation orders, adding, “because the job of getting people out of our country that are murderers, that are absolutely the worst people, the drug lords are causing such problems in this country. Drug lords came in, the biggest of them.”

Trump explained that the Supreme Court’s recognized that presidents have wide latitude in enforcing immigration law and national security.

“They left other countries to come in here. They came through an open border. They’re making millions of dollars destroying people’s lives, killing people, and that’s a presidential thing,” Trump continued.

Trump said radical leftists like Boasberg are just throwing temper tantrums about the fact that their side lost in the 2024 election.

“We’re supposed to be getting them out or getting them brought to justice,” Trump stated. “We had a judge, I would call him a rogue judge, you can call him whatever you want, I know nothing about him. I heard about this very late in the process, and I said, ‘That’s a strange order.’”

These left-wing judges are providing cathartic moments to the left by issuing these lawless orders that dictate federal policy which essentially amount to these judges declaring that Donald Trump can’t be president.

“You have local judges, local federal judges, local judges, period, and DAs and prosecutors, DAs, state attorney generals, attorney generals, that want to really take over. I think some of it’s for the publicity. They love the publicity. All of a sudden they’re on the front page of every newspaper, but they have no right to be,” Trump concluded.
