Biden’s final weeks in office will be nothing for historians to write home about.
And that’s because Joe Biden handed 37 murderers this awful Christmas gift.

Joe Biden is trying to get out from under the weight of the corrupt pardon issued to Hunter Biden.
Biden sought to appease his woke base by essentially ending the federal death penalty.
But Biden did so in such a way to maximize both outrage among the public and political pain for Democrats.
Biden commuted the death sentence for 37 of the 40 federal prisoners awaiting execution.
The only three Biden didn’t spare were Tree of Life synagogue killer Robert Bowers, Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, and Dylann Roof, who murdered nine black churchgoers in South Carolina back in 2015.
In his statement explaining the commutations, Biden told Americans his main reason for doing so was preventing Donald Trump from enforcing the law.
“But guided by my conscience and my experience as a public defender, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Vice President, and now President, I am more convinced than ever that we must stop the use of the death penalty at the federal level. In good conscience, I cannot stand back and let a new administration resume executions that I halted,” Biden wrote.
Former federal prosecutor Andy McCarthy went on Fox News to detail the outrageous abuse of the pardon power Biden just demonstrated.
McCarthy noted that one beneficiary of Biden’s leniency was a convict who murdered a 1-year-old girl.
“I want to take a look at some of the death row inmates whose sentences Biden actually commuted because it’s really disgusting. Thomas Sanders, he brutally kidnapped and murdered a 12-year-old-girl, Lexis Roberts, in the fall of 2010. Apparently, Biden believes this man deserves to live. Meanwhile, the family of the 12-year-old girl has lost their daughter and now has to deal with justice not being served there,” McCarthy stated.
McCarthy went on to detail how Biden commuted the death sentence of Jorge Avila-Torrez who sexually assaulted and murdered eight- and nine-year-old girls.
“Jorge Avila-Torrez sexually assaulted and stabbed two girls — Laura Hobbs, just eight years old, Krystal Tobias, age nine at the time of her death — stabbed both these girls to death in 2005. He also strangled a naval officer, Amanda Snell, age 20 four years later. He now gets to live,” McCarthy continued.
Biden also removed a murderer named Anthony Battle from death row after he beat a prison guard to death with a hammer.
“Anthony Battle, another one among those sentences that were commuted, brutally murdered an Atlanta prison guard with a hammer in 1994. Now, this is an example of Joe Biden, who basically states that unless you’ve been charged with terrorism charges, then you you’re allowed to live. I mean, that’s that’s kind of how he looks at this. This is terrorism. You’re killing minors, if that’s not terrorism, I don’t know what is to parents,” McCarthy concluded.
Biden’s outrageous message conveyed to the American public was that the death penalty was only appropriate if the Democrat Party found your victims politically useful.
