Mike Pence Put Jaws On The Ground With What He Just Said About Donald Trump

Mike Pence and Donald Trump used to have a close relationship.

Not anymore.

Mike Pence put jaws on the ground with what he just said about Donald Trump.

As Great American Daily reports:

Speaking at a retreat for big money establishment donors former Vice President Mike Pence took his clearest steps yet to sever the Republican Party from Donald Trump.

Pence told the donor class that it was time to move on from Donald Trump and the 2020 election and stop pushing for election integrity measures at the state level.

“We cannot win by fighting yesterday’s battles, or by relitigating the past,” Pence told the room full of establishment donors. “Republicans can only win by offering real, lasting solutions to the problems Democrats have created for the American people.”

Pence also lied about Trump by parroting one of the corporate media’s biggest hoaxes – namely that Donald Trump is an apologist for Vladimir Putin.

“There is no room in this party for apologists for Putin. There is only room for champions of freedom,” Pence added.

Pence’s comments come on the heels of Trump offering up analysis of the Russia situation at CPAC where he offered up the clinical take that Putin was not stupid.

But Pence seized on the comment to lie about what Trump really meant just like the commentators on CNN or pundits at The New York Times did.

Pence then tried to falsely claim the mantle of strength on Russia.

“Putin only understands strength. As members of the party that won the Cold War, we must send a deafening message: Putin must stop or Putin must pay,” Pence added.

But Donald Trump was the toughest president on the Soviets since Ronald Reagan.

Trump ended America’s participation in arms control treaties that limited America’s ability to build up her military.

And Trump – after Barack Obama refused – shipped lethal aid in the form of anti-tank Javelin missiles to Ukraine.

Pence then announced support of platform to resist Russian aggression in Ukraine.

“We must demand this administration increases military spending immediately, (arms) Ukraine with lethal weapons to counter Russian armor and aircraft and President (Joe) Biden should sanction all Russian oil exports worldwide,” Pence added.

Mike Pence is reportedly running for president in 2024 even if Donald Trump declares his intention to run for re-election.

In this speech to a room full of establishment donors Pence previewed his lines of attack against Trump.

Pence’s claims were all false or misleading.

But Pence knows he has little appeal to the pro-Trump base.

Pence’s lane to run for president is in the Mitt Romney/John McCain/George Bush RINO lane that sucks up to the establishment and the fake news media.
