Tim Walz suffered through what many believe was the worst rollout of any running-mate selection in recent political history.
Now Walz’s problems keep multiplying.
And Nancy Pelosi wishes she could take back what she said about Tim Walz.
As American Patriot Daily reports:
Tim Walz’s stolen valor scandal is even worse than first thought.
It all began when J.D. Vance called out Walz for lying about serving in combat when Walz claimed he wanted to ban guns like the ones “I carried in war.”
Walz never served in combat and faced allegations from the men he served with in the Minnesota National Guard that he quit the Guard and abandoned his troops in 2005 because the unit was set to deploy to Iraq.
Walz’s claim he served in war wasn’t just a one-time slip of the tongue.
This stolen valor allegedly goes back 20 years.
Walz repeatedly referred to himself as a veteran of combat.

And after Democrats took control of Congress in the 2006 midterms, then-Speaker Nancy Pelosi lauded Walz for his time in combat saying “we appreciate his service on the battlefield.”
When Walz spoke, he never corrected Pelosi for misstating his service, instead he basked in unearned glory.
The C-SPAN chyron also falsely identified Walz as a veteran of the war in Afghanistan.
CNN and other assorted media fact-checkers spent days defending Walz and trying to gaslight Americans into thinking Vance and other Walz critics invented this stolen valor scandal.
But late on a Friday the Harris campaign admitted Walz lied.
In what is now their modus operandi, the campaign put out a press release admitting Walz lied.
“Governor Walz would never insult or undermine any American’s service to this country — in fact, he thanks Senator Vance for putting his life on the line for our country. It’s the American way,” the statement read.
“In making the case for why weapons of war should never be on our streets or in our classrooms, the Governor misspoke. He did handle weapons of war and believes strongly that only military members trained to carry those deadly weapons should have access to them, unlike Donald Trump and JD Vance who prioritize the gun lobby over our children,” the statement continued.
Neither Harris nor Walz speak to the press because that means they would have to answer questions which means they wouldn’t be able to control the message.
But the campaign knows the media is part of the Harris team and will print these press releases uncritically and not ask why Walz can’t speak for himself and explain his deception.
