Florida Governor Ron DeSantis will soon enter the presidential race.

It’s not going as planned.

Ron DeSantis was thrown for a loop after hearing this 2024 bombshell.

As Conservative Revival reports:

New Hampshire’s pro-abortion RINO Governor Chris Sununu is one of the Republicans considering a presidential campaign.

While Sununu is supposedly considering a presidential campaign Sununu essentially admitted there is no point to his campaign.

During a recent interview Sununu broke down the state of the race in his home state of New Hampshire, which holds the critical first in the nation primary.

Sununu said DeSantis would win New Hampshire if the vote was held today.

“I think the former president has his own lane. He doesn’t need to carve anything. He’s an absolute known commodity to every American in this country, right. There’s very few people that are on the fence, whether they’re with him or not with him, or whatever it might be. So, I’m not — I think he just has his lane, and then there’s everyone else, which is a vast majority of the party that’s looking for an alternative. Right now, if the election were today, Ron DeSantis would win in New Hampshire, there’s no doubt about that in my mind,” Sununu declared.

The latest polling data from New Hampshire shows DeSantis leading Trump.

A University of New Hampshire poll found DeSantis winning 42 percent of the vote compared to 30 percent for Trump.

Sununu also believed DeSantis would defeat Trump in their home state of Florida because GOP voters want to move on from Trump.

“I think Ron DeSantis would win in Florida. So, he’s — I think the former President is trying to find a path to be back that that leading voice of the party. I think a lot of us are, you know, that potentially may get in the race want to have something to say about the direction of that conversation. But look, again, thank you for your service. We’re moving on. I just don’t believe the Republican party is going to say that the best leadership for America tomorrow is yesterday’s leadership. That doesn’t make any sense. That is not in our DNA as Americans. It’s kind of the antithesis of the American spirit to settle for yesterday’s news. We want the next generation the next big idea, and that’s what we’re going to deliver,” Sununu added.

There is still a little less than a year before the New Hampshire primary.

Anything can happen in that time frame.

But what is clear is that as a former president Donald Trump cannot afford to lose any of the first four early voting states.

Should DeSantis win the New Hampshire primary it would puncture Trump’s aura of invincibility and propel DeSantis to the nomination.
