Republicans are closing in on Joe Biden in their corruption investigations.
The worst news for Biden is yet to come.
And the Supreme Court will hear one case that will keep Joe Biden up at night.

In an interview with Fox News host Maria Bartiromo, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) boasted that the case his committee built against Biden on corruption charges keeps growing stronger.
Comer’s proclamation came after the Oversight Committee released bank records showing the Biden family and their business associates receiving $20 million in payments from oligarchs in Ukraine, Russia, and Kazakhstan while Joe Biden served as vice president.
Then-Vice President Biden showed up at dinners with some of these oligarchs after they funneled money to Hunter Biden, other Biden family members, and their cronies.
Hunter Biden business associate Devon Archer testified that Hunter Biden sold “the brand” – meaning access to Joe Biden and his station of power – to foreign entities.
“We’re putting together a case, and I think we’ve done that very well,” Comer explained.
Comer lamented the lack of curiosity in the media about what the Biden family brought to the table other than selling access to Joe Biden, who all evidence points to being a willing participant, to induce oligarchs to pour money into Biden family bank accounts.
“I wish the media would ask the president, what exactly did your family do to receive this $21 million that the House Oversight Committee has proven? He just continues to say, ‘well, that’s a lie. That’s not true.’ We have their bank records, Maria. Bank records don’t lie,” Comer continued.
The media claims unless the GOP turns up a direct deposit record of money directly going into Biden’s bank account then Joe Biden is in the clear.
That ignores the fact that every defense Joe Biden offered – he never talked business with Hunter Biden, no one in his family ever took money from Russia or Communist China, and that he was never involved in Hunter Biden’s business deals – all proved to be lies.
Comer expressed pride in his committee accumulating the treasure trove of evidence despite the weaponized government obstructing the investigation at every turn.
“This is a complicated case, and we’re being obstructed every step of the way by the Department of Justice, by the FBI, by the Secret Service, by the IRS, and by the Biden family attorneys,” Comer added.
Comer then dropped the bombshell that the Oversight Committee planned to subpoena Joe and Hunter Biden to testify in the influence peddling probe.
But Comer also admitted that he expected the Bidens to fight the subpoena with Joe Biden contesting it on separation-of-power grounds and for Hunter Biden to hide behind the ongoing investigation Biden prosecutor David Weiss is running as a cover-up to prevent Republicans in Congress from obtaining documents and testimony.
“We know that this is going to end up in court when we subpoena the Bidens,” Comer added.
The Hunter Biden subpoena fight will end up at the Supreme Court as the pro-Democrat D.C. Court of Appeals will side with the Democrat administration and uphold Hunter Biden contesting the subpoena.
That will put the administration and the Oversight Committee on a collision course with Clarence Thomas as well as the conservative majority on the Supreme Court.
