Democrats’ plan to arrest Donald Trump keeps getting exposed as a political farce.
That’s bad news for Soros-backed prosecutor Alvin Bragg.
And now Donald Trump dropped a massive bombshell about the Judge in his case.

Judge Juan Manuel Merchan is now overseeing his fourth trial involving Donald Trump.
Merchan ran a trial brought by Democrat state Attorney General Letitia James against the Trump Organization over tax allegations, the trial of Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg, and the trial of former Trump chief strategist Steve Bannon in a money laundering case involving raising private donations to build a border wall.
In a post on Truth Social Trump slammed Judge Merchan as hopelessly biased as evidenced by his conduct and statements in the previous Trump trials.
Trump also claimed Merchan had a severe conflict of interest due to the fact that his daughter did work for Kamala Harris’s presidential campaign and then the Biden/Harris ticket.
“VERY UNFAIR VENUE, WITH SOME AREAS THAT VOTED 1% REPUBLICAN. THIS CASE SHOULD BE MOVED TO NEARBY STATEN ISLAND – WOULD BE A VERY FAIR AND SECURE LOCATION FOR THE TRIAL. ADDITIONALLY, THE HIGHLY PARTISAN JUDGE & HIS FAMILY ARE WELL KNOWN TRUMP HATERS. HE WAS AN UNFAIR DISASTER ON A PREVIOUS TRUMP RELATED CASE, WOULDN’T RECUSE, GAVE HORRIBLE JURY INSTRUCTIONS, & IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH DURING THE WITCH HUNT TRIAL. HIS DAUGHTER WORKED FOR ‘KAMALA’ & NOW THE BIDEN-HARRIS CAMPAIGN. KANGAROO COURT!!!” Trump wrote.
And Merchan’s daughter worked for a left-wing political consulting firm that provided services to Harris’ campaign as well as other leftist groups and causes.
The Daily Mail reported:
Loren Merchan worked as the director of digital for Harris’ 2020 presidential campaign from February 2019 until December of the same year, according to her LinkedIn.
Merchan’s firm, Authentic, continued working for Harris and then-candidate Joe Biden after the eventual first-ever female vice president ended her unsuccessful campaign for president and joined Biden’s ticket.
She concluded her work with the campaign to move to fill the same role at Authentic Campaigns progressive digital strategies firm. She climbed the ladder over five years at the firm and is now Partner, president and COO of Authentic Campaigns.
Members of the corporate press such as CNN’s John King attacked Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump for sharing the Daily Mail article on social media.
If Joe Biden ever faced criminal charges — an event in which the likelihood probably increased following a Soros-backed prosecutor indicting Trump — members of the press would dig through every aspect of the judge’s life to try and disqualify that person.
And in this case Donald Trump is facing a courtroom where the elected Democrat prosecutor is pulling a jury pool of his own voters — who voted 87 percent for Joe Biden in 2020 — with a judge Trump says showed bias and hostility running the show.
