The battle lines are set between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris.

Joe Biden and Donald Trump had an agreement in place for a debate on September 10.
ABC News would televise the affair.
That all changed when Joe Biden quit the presidential race in the face of dismal poll numbers and mounting questions about his cognitive decline following the June 27 debate with Donald Trump.
Trump reacted to news that Biden quit the race by making it clear that any agreement to debate on ABC was only made with Joe Biden and Trump stated that any network that employed Bill Clinton hatchet man George Stephanopoulos shouldn’t get a debate.
“My debate with Crooked Joe Biden, the Worst President in the history of the United States, was slated to be broadcast on Fake News ABC, the home of George Slopadopolus, sometime in September,” Trump posted on Truth Social.
Trump said he would be willing to debate Kamala Harris, but it would have to be on Fox News.
“Now that Joe has, not surprisingly, has quit the race, I think the Debate, with whomever the Radical Left Democrats choose, should be held on FoxNews, rather than very biased ABC. Thank you! DJT,” Trump continued.
Trump sued ABC and Stephanopoulos for defamation after Stephanopoulos claimed Trump was found liable for rape.
In a subsequent post on Truth Social, Trump argued it would be ridiculous for ABC to host a debate under these circumstances.
“ABC Fake News is such a joke, among the absolute WORST in the business. They try to make Crooked Joe into a brave warrior because he didn’t have the ‘guts’ to fight it out — He quit!” Trump stated.
Trump also pointed out ABC News was complicit in the big lie the Democrat Party tried to foist on the American people that Joe Biden was mentally competent to be president.
“They then tried to make ‘Sleepy’ look like a great President – he was the WORST, and Lyin’ Kamala into a competent person, which she is not. ABC, the home of George Slopadopolus, is not worthy of holding a Debate, of which I hope there will be many! MAGA2024,” Trump concluded.
Donald Trump already debated once.
The Democrat Party created this fiasco by running a palace coup to force Biden to abandon the campaign.
Conservatives believe it’s not up to Trump to bail them out of the mess they created and debate Kamala Harris, especially on a left-wing network like ABC.
