Trump was seeing red after what the Supreme Court just said about voter fraud

President Trump is asking for his day in court to prove his case about voter fraud in the 2020 election.

But Trump and his supporters got some bad news.

And Donald Trump was seeing red after what the Supreme Court just said about voter fraud.

As American Patriot Daily reports:

The state of Texas filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Court to stop four states from certifying fraudulent election results.

When the decision came down, Trump supporters could not believe it.

And Donald Trump was left speechless after this Supreme Court voter fraud defeat.

The Supreme Court refused to hear the state of Texas’ lawsuit alleging Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin illegally changed their mail-in voting procedures and disenfranchised the rest of the country by certifying illegal results.

Seven of the justices refused to hear the case outright even though Texas—joined by 19 other states—suing Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin meant it was a case of original jurisdiction.

“The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot,” seven of the justices wrote.

Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas argued that the court was obligated to hear the case because of original jurisdiction, but that they would have dismissed the state of Texas’s request for a temporary restraining order to stop the certification of the Electoral College.

“Statement of Justice Alito, with whom Justice Thomas joins: In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. See Arizona v. California, 589 U. S. ___ (Feb. 24, 2020) (Thomas, J., dissenting). I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue,” Alito and Thomas wrote in a separate opinion.

Conservatives were bitterly disappointed with this case.

Texas laid out clear violations of the Constitution by these four states that illegally changed their mail-in balloting procedures.

This was exactly the type of chaos and fraud Donald Trump warned the American people that mail-in balloting would lead to.

Polls show over 70 percent of Americans do not believe the election results were legitimate.

The American people will continue to reject the outcome as legitimate as long as President Trump and his allies do not get their day in court to present their evidence of fraud.

Citizens across the country signed sworn affidavits—that say they can go to prison if they are found to be lying—outlining their eye witness testimony of widespread fraud and irregularities.

The Supreme Court owed it to the American people to hear this case and let the chips fall where they may on the outcome.

Instead the justices ducked the case and denied the American people real answers about what actually happened in the 2020 election.
