Tucker Carlson Just Said One Thing On TV That He Swore He Never Would

Tucker Carlson has few rules.

But the ones Carlson does keep are very strict.

And Tucker Carlson just said one thing on TV that he swore he never would.

As Conservative Revival reports:

Americans were shocked to learn that Joe Biden’s Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg went missing in action for two months during a massive supply chain crisis that fed runaway inflation.

Inflation is a backdoor tax that all Americans pay and with prices rising at the fastest rate in around a decade the public demanded answers.

The lockdowns that Democrats imposed and supported fed inflation by causing a shortage of workers at docks, trucking companies and warehouses.

Instead of managing the crisis and working to help Americans Pete Buttigieg took two months off to be with his husband after the two men adopted a baby.

On his Fox News program Carlson mocked Buttigieg and the left’s attack on traditional family values and gender identity by wondering if Buttigieg took the two months to learn how to breast feed.

“Pete Buttigieg has been on leave from his job since August after adopting a child – paternity leave, they call it – trying to figure out how to breastfeed. No word on how that went,” Carlson stated.

The following day, Buttigieg emerged from hiding and appeared on MSNBC’s “Deadline” White House” where he attacked Tucker Carlson as a means of trying to distract from the administration’s failures on the supply chain and inflation.

“I guess he [Tucker] just doesn’t understand the concept of bottle feeding, let alone the concept of paternity leave,” Buttigieg told Deadline White House host Nicolle Wallace. “But what’s really strange is that you know, this is from a side of the aisle that used to claim the mantle of being pro-family.”

Tucker Carlson responded by noting that in mocking Buttigieg for going AWOL during a massive crisis, Carlson made a mistake.

“Last night on this show we made a brief, offhand joke about the Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg, and this morning we discovered our error,” Carlson began.

Carlson noted that he previously mocked the diminutive McKinsey consultant as emblematic of the frauds in the financial consultant class that helped destroy the American middle class.

The top-rated Fox News host told viewers that he erred by forgetting to mention that Buttigieg held the prestigious job as Mayor of South Bend, Indiana before Biden named him to his cabinet.

“It turns out that Buttigieg is not a dwarfish fraud whose utter mediocrity indicts the class that produced him. No, not at all. Pete Buttigieg was once the mayor of South Bend, Indiana. So understandably, going forward, we are under strict orders from the Biden administration to take Pete Buttigieg very, very seriously. And of course we will. Our mistake,” Carlson concluded.
