Joe Biden was crowing about the midterms.
But he didn’t really have a reason to be boasting.
And what Joe Biden said about the election left Americans red with rage.
As American Patriot Daily reports:
Joe Biden has been a disaster.
After nearly two years in office, Biden has done one thing after another to leave America poorer off, less safe, and more divided than before.
And now, after the 2022 elections, Biden believes that he has a mandate to continue to impose his radical left-wing policies on the entire country.
He just announced his intentions to continue to ram his agenda down the throats of the rest of the country after declaring victory in the midterms, despite the fact that Democrats appear to be on track to lose control over the House of Representatives, in a repudiation against Biden and his record.
Fox News reports, “President Biden said during a press conference on Wednesday that he plans on doing ‘nothing’ differently in the next two years of his presidency.
“Biden was responding to a reporter’s question asking what he plans to do in order to change the opinion of voters on the direction of the country as he considers a re-election bid in 2024.”
“Nothing, because they’re just finding out what we’re doing,” Biden replied with.
Despite the fact that Democrats are on track to lose control over Congress, Biden won’t admit that there is anything he’s doing wrong.
What’s worse, Biden wants to double down on the very policies that millions of Americans oppose.
And this comes at a time when a record number of Americans from both parties say that the country is on the wrong track.
What this means is that despite the fact that more than 70% of Americans believe that things are heading in the wrong direction, Biden openly admitted that he wants to continue to drive the country in that direction, and that he will refuse to change course even if Republicans end up breaking the Democrat majority in Congress.
In just a handful of words, Biden outlined precisely why so many Americans are sick and tired of Washington, D.C.
Despite all the signs that clearly point to the fact that an overwhelming majority of the country opposes what is currently taking place at the federal level, Biden wants to continue doubling down on the same failed agenda that he’s imposed for the better part of two years.
The tone-deafness of Biden’s words explain precisely why so many Americans also don’t want to see Biden himself run for re-election.
Opinion polls clearly show that less than 30% of the country thinks it is a good idea for Biden to seek a second term, and yet he has already announced plans to formally declare his own re-election bid sometime in early 2023.
But Biden’s decision to ignore political reality doesn’t mean he will be able to continue to avoid the consequences of that decision for much longer.
Should Republicans flip at least one chamber of Congress, much of Biden’s agenda will be able to be checked for the next two years, as long as Republicans hold firm.
