Joe Biden opened the southern border and now Biden is paying the price.
The American people are in an uproar.
And Joe Biden’s illegal border order got rejected in this humiliating way.

The media and Democrats spread a false narrative that Texas Governor Greg Abbott “defied” a court order by continuing to put up razor wire on the Texas border to prevent illegal aliens from entering America.
In the Supreme Court ruling in question the justices only stayed an order preventing the Biden administration from cutting down razor wire.
The case in question never raised the issue of whether Texas could erect razor wire fencing along the border.
Nevertheless, the media lies took root and Democrats began demanding the Biden administration arrest Texas National Guard members for putting up new razor wire in “defiance” of a court order.
The Border Patrol Union’s (BPU) official X account made it clear that isn’t going to happen as the Texas National Guard is following legal orders given by Governor Abbott.
“Rank-and file BP agents are not going to start arresting TX NG members for following their LAWFUL orders. That’s fake news,” the BPU account posted.
“TX NG members realize that rank-and-file BP agents have their orders as well. Lawful orders, no matter how unpopular or distasteful amongst rank-and-file agents, must be followed. Unlawful orders (as determined by competent legal counsel and not what some outhouse lawyer behind a keyboard says) will not be followed,” the account also wrote.
The BPU applauded the Texas National Guard for stepping into the breach to try and alleviate the border crisis that Joe Biden created.
Rank-and-file Border Patrol agents appreciate and respect what Texas has been doing to defend their state in the midst of this catastrophe that the Biden administration has unleashed on America.
“Joe Biden zealously protects his open border by bringing the full weight of the federal govt down on anyone who dares to try securing any part of it, no matter how small. Facts don’t lie,” the BPU account also wrote.
The agents and leadership of the Border Patrol know the open border is a policy choice by Joe Biden.
The law isn’t tying Joe Biden’s hands.
Biden could reinstate the “Remain in Mexico” protocols and Biden could restart construction on Donald Trump’s border wall tomorrow.
But Biden won’t take either of these actions because Democrats consider any immigration enforcement an expression of white supremacy.
And the Border Patrol wants Americans to feel safe knowing that it will not take part in Joe Biden ordering a military stand-down on the border.
