Donald Trump Plans to Present Classified Intelligence About the 2020 Election

Donald Trump threw Joe Biden and his prosecutors for a loop.

The Democrat Party’s lawfare just got turned upside down.

And Donald Trump plans to reveal this big secret about 2020 in court.

As American Patriot Daily reports:

Joe Biden prosecutor Jack Smith abused the Constitution and the plain meaning of the law to twist unrelated statutes to fabricate the idea that Donald Trump engaged in a criminal conspiracy to overturn the 2020 election.

There isn’t a single law that explicitly states anything Trump did was illegal so Smith had to scrounge around and dredge up statutes from the Civil War, to target the Ku Klux Klan, as well as inventing a brand-new meaning for obstructing an official proceeding to criminally charge Trump.

This conduct comes as no surprise as Smith has a history of being smacked down by the Supreme Court for rogue, abusive and illegal prosecutions of prominent Republicans.

The Supreme Court handed down a unanimous 8-0 ruling – meaning even the Court’s four liberals voted against Smith – throwing out Smith’s conviction against former Virginia Republican Governor Bob McDonnell after the justices laughed Smith’s overly broad interpretation of what constituted accepting gifts out of the courtroom.

Trump has a similar plan to fight back.

In a blockbuster legal filing Trump’s lawyers announced they planned to introduce classified intelligence about the 2016 and 2020 election to show Trump acted in a good-faith capacity as commander-in-chief to contest the results of the election.

Foreign countries meddling in the 2016 and 2020 election to hurt Trump is a documented fact.

The Biden administration released an intelligence finding in 2021 revealing that the Iranian government interfered in the election to defeat Trump.

Iran – the report read – “carried out a multi-pronged covert influence campaign intended to undercut former President Trump’s reelection prospects—though without directly promoting his rivals—undermine public confidence in the electoral process and US institutions, and sow division and exacerbate societal tensions in the US.”

And in 2017 Ukrainian officials tried to assist Hillary Clinton by smearing Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort for his political work in that country several years earlier.

“Ukrainian government officials tried to help Hillary Clinton and undermine Trump by publicly questioning his fitness for office. They also disseminated documents implicating a top Trump aide in corruption and suggested they were investigating the matter, only to back away after the election. And they helped Clinton’s allies research damaging information on Trump and his advisers, a Politico investigation found,” a 2017 POLITICO exclusive revealed.

Donald Trump is going to fight these politically motivated bogus charges tooth and nail.

And if Democrat Judge Tanya Chutkan declines to allow Trump to defend himself in court using the factual claims of foreign interference against him in the past two elections then that opens up another avenue to appeal a guilty verdict that comes out of this kangaroo court.
