Joe Biden was sure that Democrat prosecutors indicting Donald Trump would hand him the election.
Biden is beginning to have second thoughts.
And Alvin Bragg got put on the spot because Joe Biden faced one scary demand.

The Supreme Court delivered a historic rebuke to the Democrat Party’s scheme to weaponize the justice system with a 9-0 ruling slapping down an effort to ban Trump from the ballot.
Democrats on the Colorado State Supreme Court tried to effectively cancel the 2024 election by removing Donald Trump’s name from the ballot claiming Section 3 of the 14th Amendment disqualified Trump from holding office because liberals deluded themselves into thinking Trump led an insurrection on January 6.
All nine justices – including the Court’s three liberals – agreed that states lacked the power to kick federal candidates off the ballot.
A majority held that under Section 5 of the 14th Amendment, all enforcement powers belonged to Congress.
Trump reacted to the slam-dunk victory by thanking the justices for fairly reading and interpreting the Constitution and preventing utter chaos from taking root in America if state officials had the authority to ban candidates from office under a nebulous definition of insurrection.
“I want to start by thanking the Supreme Court for its unanimous decision today. It was a very important decision, very well crafted, and I think it will go a long way toward bringing our country together, which our country needs,” Trump declared. “And they worked long, they worked hard, and frankly, they worked very quickly on something that will be spoken about 100 years from now and 200 years from now. Extremely important.”
The victory also proved that Democrats deployed illegal partisan schemes under the cover of court challenges to block Trump from reclaiming the White House.
Trump then challenged Joe Biden to stand down on the Democrat Party’s lawfare and fight his own fight in the election.
“President Biden… Fight your fight yourself. Don’t use prosecutors and judges to go after your opponent… our country is much bigger than that,” Trump stated.
For their part, Democrats in the media threw in the towel and realized the courts weren’t going to save them from a Trump win in November.
“For the second time in under a week, the Supreme Court delivered a major blow to Democrats’ hopes that an act of legal intervention would derail former President Trump’s chances of winning the 2024 election,” Axios’ Zachary Basu complained.
“The sprawling efforts to hold Trump accountable for Jan. 6 — including through impeachment, criminal prosecution and the 14th Amendment’s insurrection clause — appear unlikely to ripen before November,” Basu continued.
Democrats used biased judges and partisan prosecutors to issue 91 criminal indictments against Trump, smear his reputation through civil lawsuits and seize all his money and properties in bogus judgments.
Yet in the face of Democrat courts trying to ruin his name, bankrupt him and jail him until he dies in prison, Trump is still beating Joe Biden in the polls.
