Fani Willis is now the one under a microscope.

The Fulton County district attorney has a lot to answer for.

Now Fani Willis could lose her job after crossing this line.

As American Patriot Daily reports:

Fani Willis charged Donald Trump and 18 other co-defendants with constitutionally flimsy charges for contesting the 2020 election.

Georgia Senate Republicans took advantage of a new law allowing them to file a complaint with a state commission designed to sanction rogue prosecutors who abuse their authority.

Republicans passed this law as part of a broader effort by Republicans in states across the country to crack down on George Soros-backed district attorneys who let criminals run loose on the streets.

The complaint against Willis alleged she “improperly cherry-picked cases to further her personal political agenda.”

Republicans blasted Willis’s role in weaponizing the justice system which destroyed the faith of the public in the ability of the courts to treat Americans fairly regardless of political views.

“The integrity of our justice system is at stake, and the trust of the community in the District Attorney’s Office has been severely eroded,” the Republicans’ complaint added.

Republicans accused Willis of specifically targeting Donald Trump by her move to “empanel a special grand jury to investigate her political adversaries.”

The complaint alleged that Willis engaged in “selective prosecution” while ignoring a case backload that led to overcrowding at the notorious Fulton County Jail where 10 inmates have died so far in 2023.

“Her selective prosecution has resulted in dangerous, deadly, and unjust overcrowding in the local jail and an unprecedented backlog of cases in the judicial system,” the complaint continued. “These consequences are unacceptable and detrimental to our state.”

Republicans went on the record torching Willis for engaging in naked partisanship to help Joe Biden in the 2024 election at the expense of her real duties in office.

“She is selecting politically motivated cases to go after while at the same time neglecting a huge backlog that’s unsustainable and dangerous,” State Senator Bo Hatchett said in an interview with the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “It appears that she has neglected her duties as a prosecutor while focusing on a few politically motivated cases.”

State Senator Clint Dixon added that it is time to “hold her accountable to ensure public safety is always prioritized above politics.”

“Instead of doing her job — to give everyone their day in court — Willis has decided to take center stage in political theater,” Dixon continued. “She’s raising her profile and celebrity instead of prosecuting those accused of murder, rape and other crimes.”

The case Willis filed against Trump is legally offensive making absurd claims that Donald Trump exercising his First Amendment rights and contesting the election on the advice of counsel participated in a conspiracy to defraud officials in Georgia by tweeting that Americans should watch televised hearings or that the secretary of state should conduct another investigation of the vote.

Republican State Senator Colton Moore pushed for a special session of the legislature to impeach Willis.

Moore got the next best thing with a formal complaint to sanction Willis which could result in her removal.
