Ever since Joe Biden took office in 2021, more illegal aliens crossed the border than live in the population of 38 states.
The month of September saw a record 260,000 illegal aliens attempt to pour into the country.
These numbers don’t even count the “getaways” – the illegal aliens who avoid detection and successfully sneak into America.
Joe Biden made this possible by creating magnet after magnet to lure in the historic wave of illegal immigration.
During the campaign, Biden promised a more humane immigration system and even raised his hand during a Democrat debate to indicate he supported decriminalizing crossing the border.
Towards the end of the campaign the number of illegal aliens making their way towards the border increased as cartels convinced foreign nationals that Biden was going to win and now was the time to make it to America.
Once in office Biden halted construction on the border wall and tried to reverse successful Trump administration border policies like the “Remain in Mexico” protocols and Title 42.
And in the face of this unprecedented border crisis Joe Biden is now creating a financial incentive for illegal aliens to march into the country.
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the Department of Justice (DOJ) are now threatening legal action against any banks or financial institutions unless they lend money to illegal aliens.
“While the Equal Credit Opportunity Act allows a creditor to consider an applicant’s immigration status when necessary to ascertain the creditor’s rights regarding repayment, creditors should be aware that unnecessary or overbroad reliance on immigration status, including when that reliance is based on bias, may run afoul of the law,” the DOJ and CFPB joint press release read.
Even though the law allows banks to deny credit to illegal aliens, the Biden administration is threatening to unleash the weaponized justice system on them anyway.
“Fair access to credit is crucially important for building wealth and strengthening household financial stability,” CFPB Director Rohit Chopra announced. “The CFPB will not allow companies to use immigration status as an excuse for illegal discrimination.”
“Lenders should not deny people the opportunity to take out a loan to buy a home, build their businesses or otherwise pursue their financial goals because of unlawful bias and without regard to their actual ability to repay,” Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division declared. “This guidance reminds lenders that denying someone access to credit based solely on their actual or perceived immigrant status may violate federal law.”
Open borders is the official policy of the Biden administration.
And even though blue cities like New York and Chicago are being overrun by the sheer volume of illegal aliens the Biden administration is trafficking into their cities, Joe Biden just set out to create a new magnet to pull in another flood of illegal aliens.
