The Democrats’ weaponized justice system is a major problem for Donald Trump.
Trump is now fighting a two-front war in the 2024 election.
A Democrat judge rendered a verdict against Trump that hit him like a ton of bricks.

Elected Democrat Judge Arthur Engoron makes no bones about his bias against Donald Trump.
Prior to the sham civil fraud trial that Democrat State Attorney General Letitia James brought against Trump, Engoron called the 45th president “just a bad guy.”
Engoron took it upon himself to rule in favor of James and call Trump a fraud even before the trial began.
The only purpose of the trial going forward is to see how many hundreds of millions of dollars the Democrat judge will award the Democrat state attorney general.
Despite the fact that James manipulated the law to deny Trump a jury trial, Engoron hit Trump with an unconstitutional gag order.
Judges issue gag orders in criminal cases to prevent prosecutors and defendants from trying the case in the media and making statements that could prejudice the jury.
But there is no jury in this case.
Instead, the gag order – according to former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy – served the Democrat Party’s political ends.
Engoron issued the gag order on October 3 after Trump posted a picture of one of Engoron’s clerks posing with Chuck Schumer with the caption “Chuck Schumer’s girlfriend.”
Trump took the post down after Engoron ordered him to do so, but Trump and his lawyers didn’t realize that the campaign’s Truth Social account also posted the picture.
A Democrat super PAC discovered this fact and alerted Engoron who fined Trump $5,000 and threatened to imprison him the next time he violated the gag order.
“Make no mistake: future violations, whether intentional or unintentional, will subject the violator to far more severe sanctions, which may include, but are not limited to, steeper financial penalties, holding Donald Trump in contempt of court, and possibly imprisoning him,” Engoron ranted.
“In the current overheated climate,” Engoron raged, “incendiary untruths can, and in some cases already have, led to serious physical harm, and worse.”
McCarthy explained that Engoron used this language because it always benefits the Democrats to push the incitement narrative to claim Trump instigates insurrections despite the fact that no Democrat prosecutor even dared to bring such an absurd case against Trump.
“And there you have it, the Democratic insurrection story line: Though he may not have committed actionable incitement, Trump’s ‘incendiary untruths’ about the 2020 election incited a riot (something he has also never been charged with doing), in which Capitol security personnel were seriously injured ‘and worse’ – i.e., killed, according to the Democrats’ January 6 lore. Although there is no evidence that police lost their lives in the riot, and no one has been charged with killing a police officer in connection with the riot, Democrats nevertheless claim that officers who committed suicide in the days, weeks, and months after the riot were killed in the line of duty,” McCarthy concluded.
The purpose of these trials is to advance the campaign message that Joe Biden believes will serve him best in a rematch with Donald Trump.
And Judge Engoron appears to be playing his part.
