The 2024 presidential election is 15 months away.
But the stakes are already coming into focus.
And Mark Levin has one warning about the 2024 election every American needs to hear.

Talk show host Mark Levin sounded the alarm about the manner in which Joe Biden enlisted the Justice Department to serve as the enforcement arm of his re-election campaign.
Levin explained that Attorney General Merrick Garland selected Jack Smith as the special counsel to investigate Trump as Garland knew he could count on Smith to carry out the Democrat Party’s mission to wage lawfare to keep Trump off the ballot in 2024.
Smith’s history includes multiple instances of bending the law past the breaking point.
A unanimous Supreme Court verdict – meaning all four liberal justices voted against Smith – overturned Smith’s politically motivated conviction against former Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell.
McDonnell was once seen as a presidential candidate until Smith convicted McDonnell on corruption charges that were later found to be baseless.
Smith also helped the Obama administration weaponize the IRS to target Tea Party groups for political harassment following the Citizens United decision.
“As for Jack Smith, chosen by Garland to go after Trump, he is no ‘special counsel.’ He physically looks like what he is — a maniacal, seek-and-destroy hatchet man who has a long record of abusing and targeting individuals who have no chance of escaping his fascistic, Beria-like tactics. He destroyed a former Virginia governor, even though that conviction was unanimously overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court. He destroyed what was left of John Edwards’s career, with a series of felony charges that were rejected by the trial jury. As head of the Criminal Division’s Public Integrity Section, he authorized the unconstitutional IRS attack on the Tea Party, which was intended to cripple that movement,” Levin declared.
Levin told conservatives that Democrats wanted to destroy Trump as part of a plan to use the 2024 election to turn America into a one-party state.
“The Biden regime, the Democrat Party and their prosecutors, and the Democrat Party media understand that this next election may well be the make-or-break election of our time, or all time, for our country. Four more years on top of the remaining two years of this American-Marxist revolution (Bernie Sanders is thrilled with the direction of the country and, of course, early on endorsed Biden for re-election, as has AOC) could well mean that there is no way to claw out of the abyss,” Levin added.
If Democrats win the election Chuck Schumer can nuke the filibuster that would allow Democrats to seize permanent control of the government by packing the Supreme Court, granting amnesty to tens of millions of illegal aliens, and adding Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and other territories as new states cementing an unbreakable Democrat Senate majority.
Republicans – Levin cautioned – would be locked out of power forever.
