Joe Biden’s master plan to weaponize the courts to defeat Donald Trump doesn’t look so smart anymore.
It could prove to be Biden’s undoing.
And Joe Biden is about to get booted from the ballot for one reason he never saw coming.

A ruling by four Democrats on the Colorado State Supreme Court removing Trump’s name from the ballot by randomly deciding Trump led an insurrection on January 6 despite there being no trial or no due process proved that Democrats don’t think they can beat Trump at the ballot box and are instead counting on Stalinist show trials and kangaroo courts to do their dirty work in 2024.
This validated Donald Trump’s claim that he is the victim of a political persecution designed to interfere in the election.
In their ruling that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment prohibited Trump from holding office ever again because the events of January 6 constituted an insurrection, the partisan Democrat activists took the most expansive view of the text.
But that view that anything goes in the name of defeating Donald Trump is about to bite Democrats.
Republicans were outraged by the Marxist-style thuggery on display where the ruling party enlisted partisan judges to ban political opposition from appearing on the ballot.
And what should worry Democrats is the fact that this ruling contained no limiting principle.
In addition to Section 3 preventing anyone from holding office who committed insurrection, it also extends that ban to individuals who are guilty of having “or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.”
Republicans in red states floated the idea of using this precedent to kick Joe Biden off the ballot on the grounds he betrayed America by opening the border to at least 8 million illegal aliens.
“Seeing what happened in Colorado makes me think — except we believe in democracy in Texas — maybe we should take Joe Biden off the ballot in Texas for allowing 8 million people to cross the border since he’s been president, disrupting our state far more than anything anyone else has done in recent history,” Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick said in an interview on Laura Ingraham’s Fox News show.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis echoed that sentiment during a campaign stop in Iowa.
“There was no trial on any of this! . . . Could we just say that Biden can’t be on the ballot because he let in 8 million illegals into the country, and violated the Constitution?” DeSantis asked a crowd of supporters.
Something snapped inside the brains of Democrats after Donald Trump won the 2016 election.
Ever since Trump took the oath of office Democrats decided that the only way to defend Democrats was to launch coups using the intelligence services, weaponize the FBI into Joe Biden’s secret police, arrest the candidate leading Joe Biden in the polls, try and put him in jail before the election and ban the American people from voting in a free and fair election featuring the candidates of their choice.
Critics contend that’s not defending democracy, but instead they argue it’s an attack on democracy.
