Democrats Fine With Court Protests When Republicans Are Targets

The double standard was on full display.

But White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre picked the wrong target.

And Karine Jean-Pierre will have Brett Kavanaugh seeing red with this admission.

Four radical left-wing ideologues on the Colorado Supreme Court took it upon themselves to try and essentially cancel the 2024 election by deciding on a whim that Donald Trump was an insurrectionist and thus banned from the state’s primary ballot.

This decision opened the door for blue states to implement the ultimate failsafe election plan which is that Donald Trump can’t win if no one can vote for him.

The decision was legally and factually wrong as Section 5 of the 14th Amendment leaves all enforcement of Section 3’s ban on holding office for engaging in insurrection up to Congress.

And in 1948 Congress passed a law stating that a conviction of insurrection in a trial is the only way to prohibit someone from holding office.

The decision aroused passions across the political spectrum and unfortunately a lunatic fringe of crazy people issued threats against the Democrat judges.

Karine Jean-Pierre condemned those threats and everyone agreed with her as that type of language has no place in politics.

But conservatives noted that Democrats blessed threats and intimidation against Supreme Court justices when it suited their needs.

Last summer mobs of angry leftists menaced the conservative Supreme Court justices at their homes over the leak of the draft opinion overturning Roe v. Wade.

Protesting at a judge’s home is a violation of federal law but Merrick Garland’s weaponized justice system brought no criminal charges as the perpetrators were acting in accordance with the wishes of Joe Biden.

Jen Psaki made that clear during a press briefing when she declared that Joe Biden encouraged liberal mobs to violate federal law and mobilize outside the homes of conservative judges.

“I know that there’s an outrage right now, I guess, about protests that have been peaceful to date, and we certainly do continue to encourage that, outside judges’ homes, and that’s the president’s position,” Psaki stated.

Those instructions almost turned deadly when a Biden supporter traveled from California to Maryland for the purpose of assassinating Brett Kavanaugh in his home.

“A California man was charged with attempted murder of a Supreme Court justice after he was arrested early Wednesday morning near the Maryland home of Justice Brett Kavanaugh. According to an affidavit filed by an FBI agent to support a criminal complaint filed in federal court in Maryland on Wednesday afternoon, 26-year-old Nicholas John Roske told detectives in Montgomery County, Maryland, that he had purchased a gun and burglary tools with the plan to break into Kavanaugh’s house to kill Kavanaugh and then himself,” SCOTUSblog reported.

All sides of the spectrum agreed with Jean-Pierre on condemning any threats against the Colorado Supreme Court justices.

But critics wish Jean-Pierre would be this vocal when the targets are conservatives.
