Democrats weaponized the justice system to serve as their secret weapon in the 2024 election.

Biden prosecutor Jack Smith filed an indictment of Trump over contesting the 2020 election that even anti-Trump former federal prosecutor Andy McCarthy described as “weak.”
Smith invented new legal theories to create crimes where none existed under current law over trying to challenge the result.
When George Soros-backed prosecutor Alvin Bragg kicked off the lawfare against Trump with a phony indictment over the Stormy Daniels non-disclosure agreement Democrats assumed a cascade of criminal indictments would depress Trump’s support and render him unelectable.
Instead, Trump gained in strength in the GOP primary and held his own against Joe Biden in general election polling.
The most recent New York Times/Siena survey showed Trump and Biden tied at 43 percent.

During a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience – which 10 million people listen to – Rogan explained that Trump supporters see these charges as a vindication of their belief that the system is rigged against Trump and that the Deep State will do anything to try and get rid of him.
Rogan added that the optics of the Democrat president using Democrat prosecutors, Democrat judges and all-Democrat juries to jail the leading GOP opponent reeked of “banana republic” stuff.
“Yeah, and the people that love Trump, they feel like this is a witch hunt. And they feel like all the things he’s getting indicted for are bulls— anyway,” Rogan declared. “Not only does it not work, but it kind of hardens their position that he’s being targeted. And these are like the the actions of a banana republic.”

“You take your political rival and you arrest him and specifically, you charge him with things that you’re f—ing guilty of, like the the the documents, like the classified documents, Biden’s guilty of the exact same issue,” Rogan continued.
Rogan’s guest Peter Bet-David said Americans noticed this pattern going back to the Russian collusion hoax when Hillary Clinton and her campaign invented the lie that Trump colluded with Russia, but it was really the Clinton campaign in league with the Russians.
“You got to respect the level of deceptiveness that’s been used. I mean, look at what Hillary did going and saying, ‘Hey, it’s Russia,’ but it was really what she was doing, another using a similar play as well,” Bet-David stated.
