Donald Trump is facing 78 criminal charges thrown at him by partisan Democrat prosecutors.
Trump has one path to fight back.
And Mark Levin begged Donald Trump to do one thing at the Supreme Court that will change everything.

Levin warned his audience that America sits on the precipice of losing the Republic as the Democrat Party’s lawfare against Donald Trump is something out of a third-world country.
“The fact is that this kind of legal warfare against a presidential and possible, if not likely, opponent to the present president, is not only unprecedented in the history of our Republic, it will destroy our electoral system for all time,” Levin exclaimed.
Donald Trump is already facing three sham and politically motivated indictments with a Democrat prosecutor in Atlanta set to bring a fourth.
Levin explained that even though these cases are bogus and Trump is likely to win at trial or on appeal the real punishment is the process as the trials drain Trump’s campaign accounts and keep him off the trail for weeks on end as criminal trials require Trump to appear in person.
“It is the process that’s the killer here, and they know it. And they’re playing the process by unloading all these indictments, by taking Trump off the campaign trail, by depleting his resources, by influencing [voters],” Levin continued.
The latest round of campaign finance reports showed the Democrats’ weaponization of the justice system paying dividends.
Trump’s main political committee began the year with $105 million cash on hand.
But after six months of paying out tens of millions in legal fees there are just four million dollars remaining.
Levin then detailed how the Trump campaign could put a stop to this attack on the electoral system.
The popular talk show host urged the Trump campaign to seek an emergency hearing at the Supreme Court to delay the trials until after the election so the American people can vote and run an election apart from the Democrat prosecutors and judge’s interference.
“I want to publicly encourage the Trump legal team to seek an emergency hearing before the United States Supreme Court, not to resolve legal disputes, but to at least temporarily halt the abomination of this legal warfare that is unfolding in front of us, where Democrats and anti-Trump Republicans are unashamedly celebrating the use of the courts by the Biden administration and Democrat district attorneys to further their political wishes as the rest of the nation watches in shock,” Levin added.
Levin did not mince words in explaining how critical he believed this fight to be for the future of America.
“This is serious to the survivability of this Republic … This is one political party trying to destroy another. This is one political party trying to monopolize elections, federal law enforcement, and the entire justice system. And if they get away with it, it’s over,” Levin declared.
