Joe Biden got some bad news.

The latest criminal case against Trump suffered a major setback.

And this bombshell report about the 2020 election just proved Trump’s innocence.

As American Patriot Daily reports:

Handpicked special counsel Jack Smith brought forth an indictment against Trump claiming Trump knowingly pushed false theories about voter fraud in a bid to contest the 2020 election.

Never mind that false political speech is a constitutionally protected right or that Democrats contested elections in 2000, 2004, and 2016 on false grounds, or that legal experts panned Smith’s indictment as the criminalization of free speech and political activism.

The main stumbling block in the case Smith brought is the fact that Smith is claiming to have psychic powers and the ability to read Donald Trump’s mind in alleging Trump knew his claims about voter fraud were untrue.

But evidence in Smith’s possession which Donald Trump already had destroyed the case.

Former New York City Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik worked with Trump Attorney Rudy Giuliani on a nationwide study of claims about the 2020 election.

The report showed the Trump team was investigating the election right up until January 6.

“The files reviewed by Just the News show Kerik and a small team working under Giuliani collected affidavits from voters or election observers alleging wrongdoing, had academics produce data analyses identifying possible statistical voting anomalies and even marked up government documents that identified potential election system vulnerabilities that worried experts before the 2020 election,” Just the News reported.

Memos showed that Kerik and Giuliani understood the limitations of their investigation in terms of manpower or the ability to compel testimony and the production of evidence and they urged Trump to make the case for Congress to get involved.

Former Trump attorney Timothy Parlatore told Just the News that these documents were exculpatory evidence as it showed Trump and his team thought they found evidence to substantiate their claims about the election which showed that Trump, Kerik and Giuliani all legitimately believed there was fraud in the 2020 election.

“The Giuliani team believed that they had uncovered evidence which established probable cause to believe there was fraud in the election, which would require a follow-on investigation using time and resources that they did not have to conclusively prove or disprove the allegations of fraud,” Parlatore stated.

“Even if these allegations were later debunked, or even if they were proven, but not extensive enough to alter the outcome, it does not change the fact that on the night of January 5, Kerik, Giuliani, and President Trump all reasonably believed that there was fraud, which could have affected the outcome,” Parlatore added.

Jack Smith’s indictment of Donald Trump is in the eyes of many the most dangerous criminal case ever brought by the United States government.

In essence, Smith is charging Trump for the crime of “wrongthink” and questioning Joe Biden.

Under the criteria laid out by Smith, Democrats now have a precedent to charge and arrest anyone that Democrat prosecutors argue are making incorrect claims about an election.

Critics argue the point of this indictment is to suppress all dissent to this – and any future – Democrat administration under the threat of spending years in federal prison.
