Trump Files Motion To Stop Pence Grand Jury Testimony

Democrats are escalating their witch hunts to indict Donald Trump.

Former Vice President Mike Pence sits at the center of one of them.

And Donald Trump wants to stop Mike Pence from doing one thing to help Democrats arrest him.

As Conservative Revival reports:

The biggest bone of contention between Trump and Mike Pence is not in the political arena.

It’s in the courtroom.

Anti-Trump special counsel Jack Smith subpoenaed Pence to testify before the grand jury Smith impaneled as part of Joe Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland’s anti-Trump witch hunt.

Smith is trying to fabricate criminal charges against Trump under the absurd theory that contesting an election amounts to seditious conspiracy to overthrow the government.

This case is pure partisan fishing expedition.

Two news pills from Harris/Harvard and Emerson show Trump leading Biden by four and five points.

Democrats see other polls showing nearly 70 percent of Americans think Joe Biden is too old to serve a second term as Biden’s senility is apparent to anyone paying even cursory attention.

Special counsel Smith is pressing pedal to the medal to try and throw Trump in jail to take him off the board in 2024.

And getting Mike Pence’s testimony is critical to this endeavor.

President Trump’s lawyers recently filed a motion to block Pence from testifying before the grand jury.

CNN exclusively reports:

Even Mike Pence agrees with Trump saying testifying before the grand jury would violate the Constitution’s separation of powers as Pence argues on January 6 he was serving in his capacity as President of the Senate and thus part of the legislative branch.

“Subpoenaing a former vice president to testify in court against the president with whom they served, I believe is unprecedented in American history. But as I said last week, I believe it’s also unconstitutional. And we’ll make that case through the ordinary judicial processes, but my counsel informs me that I’m, I’m constrained from speaking about it any further, but I stand by what I said. And I will continue to,” Pence stated.
