Joe Biden is in big trouble.

And Joe Biden’s lawyers wanted to keep this terrible truth a secret.

Special counsel Robert Hur’s report of his investigation into Joe Biden stealing and then hoarding classified documents rocked Washington and the 2024 election.
Hur explained in his report that no jury would convict Biden on these charges due to his memory no longer functioning properly.
In the report Hur included anecdotes about Biden not being able to remember the years his terms as vice president began and ended or even make a ballpark guess as to when his son Beau passed away after a battle with brain cancer.
Hur included these details because he’s required to submit a report to the attorney general and if a prosecutor declines to bring charges, he needs to justify that decision.
The Democrat Party exploded over this report as it forced the media – for the first time – to cover the fact that Joe Biden is mentally enfeebled.
An ABC/Ipsos poll soon showed 86 percent of Americans believe Biden is too old to be president.
The Biden White House knew this report was dynamite and pressured the Justice Department to edit or redact portions of the report.
White House counsel Edward Siskel, White House lawyer Richard Sauber and Biden’s personal lawyer Bob Bauer all demanded the DOJ expunge references to Biden’s cognitive impairment from the report.
“[T]he report should be economical,” Sauber wrote in an October 31, 2023, letter to the DOJ. “It should include the factual information necessary to the charging decision, but facts or events that are not essential to the decision have no place.”
Siskel, Sauber and Bauer tried once more to pressure the DOJ to soften the report by removing Hur’s conclusion that Biden is too mentally incompetent to stand trial.
“A global and pejorative judgment on the President’s powers of recollection in general is uncalled for and unfounded,” Sauber, Bauer and Siskel wrote in a February 7 letter.
“Mr. Hur’s criticism of President Biden mirrors one of the most widely recognized examples in recent history of inappropriate prosecutor criticism of uncharged conduct,” the three lawyers added.
Robert Hur is now scheduled to testify before the House Judiciary Committee on March 12.
That testimony is sure to include details of Biden’s inability to recall major life developments and why Hur thought a jury would see Biden as mentally unfit.
The White House telegraphed for weeks before the report that they were terrified of what it would contain.
